Part of me wants to say $500,000 now, I feel you're testing me

If you wanted to make it a more difficult decision, it would have be to $5,000,000 upfront or more.

I live in quite a peaceful country and even more so area, so 50 months to reach the $500,000 offered would not be that hard to achieve.
