A question about Graphic Communication position at IKEA

Greetings. I'm curious, is here anyone who ever worked at IKEA in position of Graphic Communication Co-worker or any other design-oriented positions?

-What is yourgeneral impression?

-How competetive salary for your region?

-How they treat their workers?

-Do they have internships?

-General responsibilities

Or any other useful information. Just want to figure out does this company worth consideration. What do you think?

I had a terrible experience with IKEA, but not for that position specifically. I got invited to an interview, said they sent me a video link to it, but never actually got it. All correspondence I sent afterwards just got ignored. I think just give it a try, I know Kroger and some other places are also looking for graphic designers.

Ive done freelance for ikea. No problems. Paid well.
