Scammed by @Diplo |chargeback|

Note this was offsite, but I am willing to back my claims.

What did the user scam? PayPal Chargeback on a BTC exchange
What went wrong? Chargeback on a payment

Detailed description of what happened: We did a BTC to PayPal exchange and he chargeback today.

As for the dispute, looks legit to me.
Though we don't usually ban people for offsite deals, he will definitely get a marketplace activity tag for it though.

Unfortunately since this happened off-site, this report will simply be a community warning to other members not to deal with Diplo.
The staff will not have any involvement, this transaction was not a result of a service offered on NBB, nor was anything said on NBB relating to the transaction.

I hope you can resolve this with Diplo, whether it be on here by any other means.

Temporary. I paid him. This scam report is about an off site deal and I apparently own that PayPal, which I dont.
