OVH is the best one but you can try your change with ZAP-Hosting.

ovh is really only good if you are doing a small server with some friends their vcpus are pretty shit and low quality

mxtv or host havoc / g portal. they pretty much the best atm

If you don't have a lot of money to work with I can recommend Nitrous Networks but I can also say your getting what your paying for. Overall not many problems with Nitrous, I've used them for multiple small servers here and there and it worked out quite well.

If you have a budget but it's a little bit higher I can recommend ELHS. I've known the owner of this company for a couple years now and he's a cool guy.

If you don't have a budget and you want a good server go with NFO. They have been around for quite a while now. I have personally used them and I know many people that use there services as well.

Some hosts to stay away from
Serenity Servers ~ Terrible support and devs. They offer or at least used to offer a "quick setup" option for an extra $5. This consisted of them created all things darkrp related from jobs to shipments to door groups. I thought this would be a good idea to save me some time since after developing 50+ identical darkrp servers it gets kinda boring. This resulted in them sending me an email saying they will only do 10 jobs and 10 shipments, nothing else. This is not what was advertised on there website. I said whatever and continued doing my thing. And after I came back onto the server to test some things I spawned in the floor and the gamemode was busted. Upon asking support what they fucked up they denied the claim and denied a refund.

Nitrado ~ I don't have as big of a rant about Nitrado. First of all Nitrado's panel is just super annoying to use and unappealing. Secondly the service seems inconsistent. There were many times where my Ark server or Gmod server were down for no apparent reason. After talking to support they basically told me to wait as they were working on it. This happened every couple days. Not good enough for me.

My favorite is overhosting. 5$/per moth
