Cowboy bebop and Space Dandy
Black lagoon is a more serious one but great story imo
Oh and Death Parade the ending hits so hard

I highly recommend

that time I got reincarnated as a slime (season 1+2 as well as the OVA)
Code geass (season 1 & 2) there's also a new-ish movie out which is defo worth a watch!

I don't watch many, but Highschool of the Dead was alright. My sister loves Cowboy BeeP Bop
