My personal recommendation for GMod Server hosting is get a VPS, or you're able to get it from EU Game Host, Nitrous Networks, or hexane Networks

I recommend buying from NFO or getting a VPS

If you buy a VPS you can host multiple servers and control them yourself. You don't need an already made "LIMITED" control panel from a provider.
