Accidentally eating the world's hottest pepper

How does one manage to eat super hot pepper without knowing it's super hot pepper?

I've tried these, as well as the Bhut Jolokia pepper. The guy in the white shirt has the most average reaction, the other guy clearly doesn't a great tolerance for spicy foods.

Remember kids, don't do peppers.

I've tried the Bhut Jolokia, but over here we call them ghost peppers, I couldn't taste anything for about 3+ hours and took me a little while to recover from it but I wanted to try it, so at least I did that.
