HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

around 6-5 if i get 8 im lucky but my body got used to it so it doesnt phase me

i sleep about 6 hours every day

I sleep around 3-5 hours most days

5hours on average but weekends it can be 10!! Ha ha

Around 6 hours, but I wish it was more. I'm always tired tbh

I'm a five to six hour bloke. Don't need much, and while I'm usually exhausted, it's not like 7 or 8 feel any better most days.

Not enough. My work hours are so inconsistent, it's hard to get a good sleep schedule established. I worked this morning at 4:45am, tomorrow is 9:30am... no idea what shifts my manager will schedule for me next week...

If I can get 6 hours it's been a good night!
