easiest program for new digital artist

i was wondering if anyone can recommend some easy program for people who have no clue about their way around in digital software like adobe photoshop I'm pretty much just wanting to make regular pictures into 3d butfirst editing them to add other things to any recommendations? I've got zbrush and a few others but some don't want to open jpg images

Depends on what type of design work you wish to do!

There are lots of free tutorials to learn how to use photoshop. The best software is always PS.

mostly i would always use procreate lately on the ipad but photoshop on pc

For vector based stuff Figma is your way to go
These are both free.

Affinity Designer could be an option. Their price is very significant beside Photoshop.
