NewPoints Plugin, not showing?

I've uploaded this https://nulledbb.com/Thread-NewPoints-Ro...issors-P2P

It's gone to "/inc/plugins/newpoints" which is the correct location according to the OP.

However, no matter how much refreshing or re-uploading of files, the Admin CP continues to be empty?



Why won't it show?
