Is tomato a fruit or vegetable?

I feel like it's a fruit that has the taste of a vegetable

Ok so I've heard it said that fruits have seeds. Celery has seeds is that a fruit? So while it might redundant be a fruit, it's pretty firmly a vegetable in most culinary uses.

scientists tell me its a fruit and i believe it cause it comes from trees not like apple trees but like bush trees
