After performing this method for a while you'll need to use either a VPN or proxy servers. You don't need to buy highly anonymous ones, in fact even free ones may do the job.

This guide allows you to pay out with various tiers of Amazon Gift Cards. Most common you can get is $5 card but you can reach up to $100 cards.

Amazon Dealer has been designed to be used by single individuals but it is possible to use it with some friends. Ideally if you have 1-3 other people to involve, you may get better results.

Note that my products can only be purchased using crypto currencies. I do not take PayPal or other payment methods than BTC,LTC,ETH,XMR,XRP, etc..
