Depends on what you want to do, how much time you want to spend and what device you use. I mostly use the GoPro Quik App for fast cutting, Shortcut on PC if I want to have a bit more freedom and possibilities and Lumafusion on iPad if I want to do every single cut.

Im biased but AE ftw, I feel like you have so much control/smoothness in AE compared to other software.

Same here. I've tried switching to Final Cut a couple of times, but just reach back to Premiere Pro anytime I need some serious work done.
