So basically I've got into someone's Paypal that has his bank account and personal card.

If you use a proxy, enter the account, make transactions, you're safe.

I'll be selling this for 5$

Also, I'm guessing that sending it to a dummy account then your actual is safer than just sending it straight to your real paypal.

I pretend like I didn't see that and just hand out a warning.
That falls under carding and is in no way allowed here. I also suggest you to do something like this never again. Stealing the money from other people is not okay, nor will it ever be. Even if it's just $5.
A lot of peoples existence got destroyed cause of carding. I don't think you want to do that to someone.
