Installation:

Upload images folder to your server where is /images folder.

Go Plugins & Products and import this:

1. Import product-cvb_manager.xml
2. product-matt_add_css.xml
3. product-sevenskins_header_avatar_1.1.0.xml


Next Step go Download/ Upload Styles and import:
When import be sure do this---> Ignore Style Version to YES.

anime_skin_vbulletin-style.xml

It looks good but it isn't something I would use for a forum.

I agree with you. But there are people out there that make Anime forums and this would probably be a perfect theme for them. Also, I didn't make it, I'm just trying to get my resource count up and I have a license for vBulletin and Invision Power Board so I thought I'd upload some stuff into here.

Apparently, beautiful themes are almost exclusively made for earlier versions. Does this work with vbulletin 5?
