I think driving, For one riding a horse is a skilled required task and not all horses accept their riders unless they actually know them, another thing bikes are extremely risky and also require training to use and proper certification, cars are more well rounded while bikes are harder to spot and hear, not everyone has a sports bike most of these people use honda CV720s.
