Denied Forum Resources

I think it would be a nice idea to have the latest release pinned in each respected forum.
Like 2.1.4 for XenForo pinned in the XenForo Releases section.
or the 4.4.7 for Invision in it's release section.

It seems kinda pointless since there isn't a massive amount of threads and it doesn't get updated daily or weekly that would require it to be sticky.

In a perfect world this would work. But the harsh reality is that not many people really update their leaks after they post it. So it would have to be stickied / unstickied fairly regularly
It could be avoided if nbb were to do a rf type thing where they would host the leak on their servers, but that's not rlly expected
