Is leaking illegal because its like stealing right

No clue, if it is it's probably one of those things the Government doesn't really give a shit about, while I would never endorse breaking the law of your country of residence, it really depends on local ordinances.

Yeah, it is illegal, but it's the same with fake mobile game ads, nobody actually gives enough shit about them to do something against it unless they literally rip money off people.

People are here because addons for a game like gmod will not be paid for.
