According to some website I used the image would need to be really fucking small to be of a high quality ._.

Hold it in real life? Like a billboard almost lol? Or am I totally getting the wrong idea?
Either way, importing something to real life from an image basically means you got to make it really fucking big. That's why logos for shirts, etc are usually made in Illustrator for it's ability to produce vector images at such high DPI's

I know a badge creator website, however I don't know if they do "custom" ones where you can make your own, I think it's just text. But I've never been to the website, so don't know. I can send you the website though if you'd like.
