I'd say top lane. It's the most cut and dry lane out of the existing 3, and it'll make you the most mechanically sound as an individual player. It forces you to understand macro concepts like wave control, and also refines your champ pool.

Tbh just play mid or jg. Jg is probably betterbut mid is good as well.
