then just move on and try something else

Just focus on yourself first and do something that make yourself feel valuable that also improve your well being rather than rushing into a relationship that you're not ready and "commit" to it is rather a disaster outcome.

Long distance is only doable if you're planning to close the gap eventually. Personally I'm single and I don't know if I will ever be in another relationship, it's just not worth the inevitable heartache when it doesn't work out.

You should try having a kid.. then you'll realise that at least the relationship understands what it means to be exhaused but the kid won't until he/she is about 18 years!

It's true that having a relationship could be exhausting for everyone involved. But as long as you and your partner'slove for one another is strong, nothing can tear you apart. If that person is the one for you, it's worth it to keep the relationship going.
