Like @Grrrrr said, he can be considered one, he has been training for months and is getting better each month, it doesn't take a genius fighter to become a professional boxer anyway.

No, he is not considered a real professional boxer, for which he will on care about the amount of like in his videos instead of the amount of time he want to put into training.

Technically sure. But i think he is far off to beating any actual real amateur boxers even. Boxers who trained boxing alone for years will most probably light him up because his technique is really lacking. He is ok and i do admire his work ethic because he is determined with his training but his opponents so far werent actual boxers or even strikers. I wish him best of luck though, its entertaining and he brings popularity and eyes back to boxing.

The problem is real boxer don't even have the balls to fight him
