[HELP] Advice needed on how to define the right target for an ads

As i wrote in thread title, I'm going to start a Facebook ads campaign to lead some more audience to a Wordpress site I'm working on, but I lack the knowledge about how to define your right target.

Example, my website is about electronic fixing, diy circuit building, and i want to sell guides and video courses, so i need a target interested about the topic but willing to pay some cash to learn more (so not students, I think).

Can someone give me some hint about the right keyword/parameters to consider for a right asd campaign?
