How to bind commands to NUMPAD (and not only)

Hello everybody! I think everyone is interested in knowing how to put binds on NUMPAD. So, I'll tell you how to do it.

LMB - mouse 1
Yuan - mouse 2
MMB - mouse 3
Mouse 4 - Mouse 4
Mouse 5 - mouse 5
Wheel up - mwheelup
Wheel down - mwheeldown
