Well brown chocolate, but more specifically the really dark chocolate. Maybe Im weird, thats just how I prefer it.

I like white chocolate more - there's a guarantee that it has a sweet taste. Sometimes other types of chocolate can have an sense of bitterness to it, which can mess up desserts I usually use chocolate in. (I have a giant sweet tooth haha).
