Ways To Improve FPS In Gmod

Hello guys. Today I'll be showing you people how to improve FPS in Gmod.
I'll be writing these step by step so make sure you guys have followed to get the best out of it possible.
Alright, let's start.

1 - Go to your AnyDisk/SteamFiles/SteamApps/Common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
And open it with a notepad and make sure to follow these steps:

2 - Paste this: gmod_mcore_test_1

3 - Paste this: mat_queue_mode 2

4 - After pasting them go to the garrysmod.exe application and enable "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations" on it.

5 - And the RECOMMENDED option. Go to the Garry's Mod tab on Steam Library and go to its properties.
Then go to "Betas" and select the Chromium + x86 & x64 bit Branch. After this you should get a small update. Wait for it to download.

6 - I'd also recommend you type "fps_max 999" in the cfg file incase u want it to disable FPS lock or just matchit to your refresh rate
to get a proper working VSync.

7 - This option is for NVIDIA users only. Go to ur NIVIDIA control panel. Go to "garrysmod.exe" and enable "Prefer MaximumPerformance". This will improve your gameplay but use more power or laptop battery when used. Use this if u use major amount of addons.

8 - And lastly type "+exec autoexec.cfg" to the Steam Gmod launch settings to finish the guide.
