HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep about 7 hours per day

I usually sleep around 4-6 hours a day

Last night i slept 7 hours. Long time didnt get 7 hours of sleep

I found that 7-8 hours if fine with me. More than that makes me less productive, less than that makes me feel like crap.

I cannot function without at least 7 hours

probably 2-3 hours, sometimes i cant sleep so ill go two/three days with no sleep
all nighters used to be nothing to me when i was 15 but now im 25 and theyre killer

Almost always less than 7 hours, because for some weird reason, if I sleep for more than 8+ hours i have a terrible headache and I'm just tired

Depends on if I drank the night before, and how hungover I am because of it. Anywhere from 4-12. It's really a tossup.

i ussualy sleep like 9 Hours xd

I get around 6 and waking up is a pain but even if I sleep early I still hate waking up early.
