Fatal error

I'm getting this error when I click continue on the license agreement

Fatal error: Cannot make static method XMLReader::open() non static in class IPS\Xml\_XMLReader inC:\xampp\htdocs\upload\system\Xml\XMLReader.phpon line34

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this, I'm using the newest release on this forum.

Do you teste change your version of PHP ? Its really work

Upgrade the php version to version 7.
