HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

usually 8 hours. my record is 12 hours i think

On average in the middle of the week around 6 to 8 hours and on weekends it can be up to 10.

Because of Covid, I spent almost >10hrs for sleeping... LOL Nothing to do

in my opinion i cant really tell but still bless u a good day

normally i would have 5-7 hours of sleep

feel like i operate well at 6-7 lol

4hrs per day since work from home started

4 or 5 hours should be enough to end of the day

I usually get around 4-5 hours of sleep, sometimes more, sometimes less, usually more when it's during the weekend and i really dont have anything to do

like 7-9 hours a day and its really good
