hope this works finally after many searches

This is the best LC map edit in comparison to the others I've tried out. Shame that MEGA limits the downloads to 5GB/day

Honestly, I've seen a lot of New York maps of Liberty City, but I have to say they're pretty bad, a lot of places are wrongly textured, and there's a lot of water, like underground tunnels, flooded with sea water, and a lot of buildings Nothing is blocked by actual walls, not sure how the version you publish will be different
