What are your thoughts on The Blacklist (TV series)?

I enjoy the show but I think it almost entirely relies on James Spader.

Interested in hearing some opinions

I'm a big action and thriller fan, I guess you can already see that I liked the series. Really kept me occupied for some time, the story is decent. Not too much but still serious enough to enjoy.
