any solid goal in life?

to lose weight. sadly im at a place where i'm realizing my relationship with food is more than just the taste itself and the things that have led me to rely on food and overeat for comfort when I'm anxious is more from past traumas in my life that I have to sort out or begin to properly recognize if I wish to move forward with myself and get healthier. Trying to take it a day at a time!
