Well to get it active again promote it on forums as such:
www.ForumPromotion.net
www.HackForums.net
www.LeakForums.org ; Have people Signup in exchange for credits.
www.ForumKorner.com

Even showcase it on NulledBB, Promote the threads once very 24 Hours and you should be good to go

It may take some time but your forum will become active again, also try doing giveaways for like free upgrades or something that helps also!

Still looking for someone to help with the forum. I will be paying! Hopefully the dev. for this site will get back to me :D but incase he cant, i still need help with removing multiple errors.
