Is the game dead?

Went on the other day max population on dark rp was like 13 players - Uk

Yeah DARKRP is not what it used to be. Been playing it since what.. 2015? maybe even later and Lately it's pretty much full (if) only with toxic people and the general DarkRP atmosphere is just gone. People still play it. I mean there are servers with 100+ players everyday, however only the OGs will know how much it has changed.

No, on the contrary, even better addons and server are coming.

I feel like its comming back a little bit.

I feel certainly that the game has kinda died down. Especially with the high hopes for S&box. However I must say that I have closed alpha access to S&box and I really dislike how it looks like, you cannot even host dedicated servers anymore as everything is done via matchmaking, you don't have addons anymore but just gamemodes with content. I really hope that Gmod will have it's swing back around.

I mean players are decreasing but gmod is not gonna "die" any time soon
