as a miss fortune main I think she is a very easy character to start adc with since the mechanics of the champ are pretty simple
still a very fun champ especially because there are multiple ways to play her

jinx is literally the easiest adc to play and by far the best adc to learn adc fundamentals on.

I think some of the easiest adcs you can go for are Jinx, Caitlyn, Ashe and Miss fortune.

While I am not particularly good at League of Legends, I personally find ADCs with some kind of dash/escape much easier to play. For example, Ezreal, Kaisa (ultimate), Lucian, Corki, Tristana. These champions will especially be helpful, when you are having problems with positioning in a fight.

If you prefer one of the other less mobile ADCs such as Jinx, Aphelios or Ashe, then I recommend you to build Galeforce due to its dash ability.
