Is drinking coffee too much bad? i feel like i have been drinking a lot of coffe

i mean it keeps you energized but maybe its bad

caffeine consume prevents dementia in later life. idk how good it is for your heart in the long run tho. dependance is a bitch tho, so you should monitore your intake imo

well ig anything in excess is bad but its good as long as in control.

I love coffee, it's my favorite drink.
