Well, I know this problem. Its because of the column numbers etc etc.
It takes all over 5-10 minutes to fix it. Just try yourself using inspect element.

I can fix this for you. The plugin bugs some times depending on the theme.

If it's a premium theme, it'll most likely break. But if it's one of the 'old' themes, it should work.

It looks like MetroStyle theme. Not sure whatever it is. It will be really easy to fix with a little html knowledge of creating tables and making it work.

Metro? Not sure if it's compatible, i'll attempt to fix it.
