I think if they return to london that would be cool, uk drill and shit has been on the rise last couple of years, so playing a roadman character in london would be cool. personally i want another gangsta story, the heists and shit are getting burnt out with gta 5 online, being a street level gangster would give it the grounding gta online needs.

the weeb in me would like a japanese one too lol they could damn near fit the entire island as a map too if they crunch it up like how rdr2 was
