Use ESEA or FaceIT, if you are comfortable with a more invasive anticheat. Otherwise, buy prime and don't be toxic. CS:GO is one of the only games I know of with trust factor, so as long as you don't be rude in game and play regularly CS:GO with other games, you should almost never run into cheaters.
