REPRHASE ME

so i just saw someone's post and its limit post you have to use credit to open it. but that's not the thing im confused about. why i only need 2 credits intead of 8 like all post ive ever open?
enlighten me

I believe its the level system perhaps. as I'm now level 5 yet they now are only 2 credits which is interesting.
