HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

im an early bird, sleep at 9:30

i usually sleep now 8hrs to 10 hrs a day

usually 8 hrs or I struggle hard the next day

I sleep about 6-8 hours a day. Sometimes a bit less, and sometimes a bit more. I'm really trying to fix my sleep schedule though.

I sleep 8 to 9 hours a night, 8 during the week and 10 to 12 on weekends

depending on the day, I sleep 8-12 hours a day

maybe 3 or 4, depends the work, thats sucks

I'm sleeping around 6h per day, i like to wake up at the morning ;p

for work 8h and then rest of the day
