10 Minutes into the future or 150 years into the future?

10 minutes into the future, could be useful in many ways

definitely 10 minutes, maybe I would be shocked by the things I would see 150 years from now and I could traumatize myself forever and end up not even being able to live anymore

10 minutes if it's some sort of superpower I can use whenever I please... that'd be useful for daily activities.
150 years in the future if it's only a one-time-use power... that'd be dope. Pretty sure I'd save some lottery numbers if the humanity still exist.
