I used to sleep around 4-6 hours a day but it really killed my productivity during the day: I felt way too tired to do anything and like dozed off whenever I was working on anything, but I now hover between like 7-8 hours a day. I'm pretty sure the recommended amount of sleep for adults should be around 8-10 hours per day though.

Actually, how you you even function during the day off of 3-4 hours of sleep? Do you feel tired at all?

I've been getting a few hours of sleep everyday in the day time when Im not working. In the past I relied heavily on opioids and benzos to put me to sleep, not Im in insomnia hell. Atleast trying to be productive tho,

I was getting 3 4 hours of sleep as well in the past ,getting to sleep at 5 am in the morning ,but you can damage your imune system. Sleep is likewise vital in helping you regulate your emotions so if you want to be more calmer just sleep more .

I sleep about 7 hours. Sometimes they don't sleep, but basically they sleep all the time.
