HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

it depends on the day but on average 6/7 hours

I usually sleep 6-8 hours a day!

i have to sleep for 8 hours but i cant

Recently about 5-6 even though it's bad for me :( im trying to get to 8 hours of sleep

i get a good 8 hours a day tbh

Usually when i have shool i sleep 6-8 h , but when i dont have any important things to do the next day i just sleep how many hours i want

usually 6-9 but i love to stay up then i just sleep in

6-7 i wish i could get more and feel well rested

Way too much lately. Falling asleep 4 am and getting up like 9pm. Literally no day time

For some reason never been able to sleep more or less always 8 hours no exceptions. Wont wake up to alarms or anything before.
