I personally like editing on mobile (comfort) because I have been doing so for the past 2-3 years or so, and I edit on Alight Motion. If in case I ever have to edit on PC, I use Vegas.

Premiere Pro and AE are great becouse of many tutorials, you can learn everyting very fast, but these programs often crash, I'm an amateur but heard the same opinion from couple of professionalist.

Depends! If you are a n00b then Filmora or Hit Express. Otherwise DaVinci Resolve has been doing great recently.
Then finally the choice is between Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro!

The premiere + AE is the most used option, but DaVinci have incredible results with color grading
