i can function on 5hrs of sleep, but ideally i'd prefer 8-9 hrs

I try to get 8 hours of sleep, but 5 is the minimum without being negatively effected.

Depends on if I have to work next day or not
But most time it's usually 6-7 hours.

7am-8am, I always try to keep those hours. My productivity changes a lot if I sleep less.
