Covid-19 could have major implications for our daily lives. Due to Covid-19's spread throughout the globe like a wild fire, people accepted many changes and took time to adapt to the new normal.
Online education is quickly becoming a popular way to educate. Online education was so widespread that it quickly became a common part of our globalized world. Teachers were unable to interact with students, and schools were shut down. However, most schools and educational establishments opted for online education in order to resume their studies. With the rise in e-learning (where teaching can be done remotely using digital platforms) education has dramatically changed.
Online classes have been a great help during the lockdown. Although we were all placed under house arrest, our education continues to be accessible. Students cannot be connected to the outside world due to the lockdown. The only solution for students' mental well-being was the switch to online classes. Teachers did everything they could to make sure students were learning, and so they made a big leap to find solutions and create learning environments that would allow students to continue learning. It was difficult to prepare so teachers had to modify curriculums, create new lesson plans and plan activities. All this in order for students to be actively engaged through online learning.
Online classes are now a common trend in the education industry around the world. Digital learning allows easy access to files and folders that can be arranged and saved without any physical damage. Students can now access their assignments and notes in one click. This mode of learning is easy and fun thanks to advanced technology. Technology-enabled Learning is more effective and more engaging than ever. It helps to make dull subjects fun and interactive, which can be a problem for students. The students could attend classes from anywhere around the globe, and both the content and the classes were available at their home. Students and teachers have found online classes easier thanks to the integration between learning platforms and interactive applications. Additionally, more students can communicate their views simultaneously using certain online applications. Online submissions are easier for students because they are notified regularly. It is also easy for teachers to find those students who did not submit their assignments in time. Students can learn online and become independent learners before entering the real world. The class allowed students to discover new learning platforms and apps, which helped them develop new skills and capabilities that accelerated their growth. Some students respond well to the interactive online learning environment. Others need more encouragement.
Most private and public schools made the transition smoothly to online platforms like Zoom or Google classrooms. However, many still find it challenging. Multifaceted challenges face online learning. Although online learning played a vital role during the pandemic it has not been easy to overlook its potential consequences. Students cannot access online classes due to the lack of internet connectivity, smartphones, laptops, etc. Unfortunately, those less fortunate have been more affected by this. This may lead to a greater class- and demography-based gap in education access.
Online learning presents many challenges for students. It is difficult to stay focused on the screen for long periods of time. Additionally, online distractions are common. To prevent this from happening and to help students focus on class, teachers worked hard to design their online classes to be clear, engaging, interconnected, and interactive. Internet connectivity is crucial for online classes to be reliable. Despite improvements in internet connectivity over the years, not everyone has access to reliable internet. Inconsistent internet connectivity is a common excuse for students to ignore important requirements such a visible presence. There is a disconnect between students, teachers, and the cameras. It has been observed that students often log into class to distract themselves from other activities. It is believed that students do not give importance to the curriculum because they are not bound by classroom rules. This notebook work could have been done lightly. Online learning is not easy for students to be distracted. Traditional classroom education provides the advantage of face-toface interactions with peers that are typically moderated and controlled by a teacher. The classroom environment provides children with an opportunity to interact in a social setting, helping them develop empathy and cooperation, especially for those who are still developing. It assists them in their overall development, as well as in real-life situations.
Learning is never finished, I believe it was a constant process. In fact, it evolved to survive and thrive. Technology is the key enabler of this which, itself, is an invention that has resulted from learning. Technology has made it possible to learn and has allowed for the advancement in technology. Both parents and teachers can help students get through these difficult times to learn more. Online education will one day be an integral part, with both offline and online learning. The future of education will be hybrid. Covid saw technology as an integral part and future of academics. Both students as well as teachers have found online tools and programs that help them to improve their skills. Online teaching can't replace traditional classroom teaching. Therefore, traditional teaching will be necessary after the pandemic.

#3 Apart from the fact that online courses have changed the way we learn, they have literally saved my life. I left school early and never went to college. The online courses allowed me to learn everything I know about design and development.
It's just a blessing to have access to so much knowledge in a few clicks.
