HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep differently at different times of the year. Now, in the summer, I sleep up to 10 hours a day. I had big problems with sleep in winter when I slept for 5-6 hours just because I was constantly freezing. My radiators did their job very badly, but I didn't have the money to replace them. I recently bought flat panel vertical radiators because now their price is lower and I have saved enough money. I hope I will sleep peacefully this winter.

I usually aim for 6 to7 but ideally I would love 8 a night. Very rarely happens though
