HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I always try to sleep around 8 hours a day but recently not much not sure why

I usually sleep 5 to 8hrs per day

I feel like I take 2-hour naps two times a day :/

minimum 8 hours but still always tired

It very much depends. Some nights I can sleep properly, maybe eight hours? Some nights though, I wake up every hour because of PTSD.

I now get around 4-5 hours of sleep a night on good nights and on average I get around 3 hours of sleep

if you sleep less than 6 hours you statistically have a significantly higher chance of dying. search it up if you'd like, i believe the study i read in particular was about 20something percent.
