question about fonts

say i were to download a font *illegally* here and i use it in a commercial project, how would they know i didn't pay for the font? like how would they know i'm using it without a commercial license.


p. i have nothing against the people that dedicate their sweat and hardwork into these fonts but the prices are crazy...80$ for a license?? and i don't even use USD currency so it's very hard for me to even purchase them :[

sometimes you`ll get a licence document. But most of the time they cant know it unless youre a big player and they know it like "uhm, google havent payed for that" ^^

I've seen people get done for not reading the Dafont terms and conditions properly. Not common, but it does happen.

dafont has many good and free fonts. I mostly download from there

rarely anything happens unless you're getting a lot of views

depends on how big you are, in your case it won't be a problem prolly but if u big big u just have to get these licenses
